This beautiful design is reminiscent of the Victorian era and includes scalloped edges with a stunning PLATINUM rim, and a delicate blue floral design. The company's origins can be traced back to Johann Haviland who founded his porcelain decorating business in 1839 in Bavaria, Germany. The company gained prominence in the late 19th and 20th centuries for its high-quality porcelain pieces. The "Blue Garland" pattern is one of the most recognized designs produced by Johann Haviland.
